Opening mechanism for the Bals eMobile Shutter type 2

Step 1

The lid is lifted by the charging plug, performed by a single hand operation.

Step 2

The automatic back-sliding shutter covers automatically the power (live) contacts and locks in the starting position.

Step 3

Pressing the four red locks using the shape of the charging plug releases the shutter by a single hand operation. Sliding down the shutter cover using the charging plug enables access to the power contacts.

Step 4

Pushing the charging plug forward establishes the connection. After the charging process finishes and the charging plug actuator will be opened, releasing the plug, which can be pulled out.
